Wasn’t talking selection on ability just on hard experience, not a fan of Thompson but he can go hard and is more mature than say McEwen and feel Teague is harder type than Cant so stiffens up pack which is a bit soft with Croker and Jones despite their best efforts.
Bench of Grecean, ESL, Thompson and Teague is stronger than other options along with Crosslands covering other position with Teague playing 13 if needed, Greacen and Thompson covering 8 & 10 and ESL where needed.

Agree, but it’s not ideal in a work environment where you don’t get along with a team member. They just need to get over it for the betterment of the team.
