Mason Lino is the other that springs to mind.I always thought he was a pacific Islander, but since I saw he was born in Hong Kong, I can't stop wondering if he is our first player with Chinese heritage.
Now that you say it, I seem to remember Lino had some Chinese.Mason Lino is the other that springs to mind.
He had Japanese from pearl divers in the torres straight.Oh and Shibasaki of course, had blocked him from my memory.![]()
Do we? Surely Marz and Sharp are locks for both wing spots. I also think for next year Tuala will be ahead of him.So - is centre or wing his best position.
He is a tall guy who can leap and has good hands.
He is also pretty fast when he is in the clear, but he takes a bit to wind up.
He also isn't exactly a powerful ball runner, but I'm sure he will be after a bit more training.
We have a vacancy on the wing next year I think.
I think Sharpe has better things ahead of him than wing. I don't know where he'll play, but they'll at least try him in a lot of roles.Do we? Surely Marz and Sharp are locks for both wing spots. I also think for next year Tuala will be ahead of him.

Insane if that's what he said. I don't get this argument he needs to play fullback. That might be his best position but if he's going great at wing for us why would that not be good enough?Johns said pre-game he
thinks he’s and out and out fullback and we should ship Sharpe off to the Super League so he can develop as a fullback and just bring him back if KP is injured
Never mind that the Storm have Meaney, Hughes and Munster in their backline who were all fullbacks with someone in their way but were developed into other positions.
Sharpe is already doing well as a winger and who knows how he could develop over the offseason and played halves as a junior.
