NRL Round 18 - Raiders V Knights - 4:05pm Sunday 7th July - GIO Stadium Canberra

Heading to Canberra to watch the lads go around. I have been watching the weather reports. Oh Boy! -2 with light rain. It could bloody snow.
Not great conditions for a fast game of footy.
Crossland is a massive out. He leads our defensive line speed. Who will lift and take his role?

Would be amazing if it was another snow game! Hard to believe that Raiders Tigers game was 24 years ago …

It would just be nice if actually bloody snowed here!! We get all the bone chilling winds and the minus 9 degree mornings but no snow to make up for it.
Any time you look at what the temperature is in Canberra you have to look at the feels like temp to get a real gauge on how cold it is

Last time I went for a night match in Canberra it was -2 and my feet turned blue. There was a Canberra fan dressed up in the full kit screaming raiders, raiders all game. Must have been keeping him warm
When you see all the Raiders fans about to do the clap and they standing there with their arms in the air for ages, it's not by choice, they are just frozen stiff. That's why it starts slowly and gets faster as they warm up. It's another secret that the politicians don't want people to know

If crossland is out, i wonder if his tempted to go an extra middle on the bench and have brailey go the 80, the game is likely to be won and lost through the middle third.

So Crossland is definitely out?

Thanks JR! I thought R Jones had been killing it in Cup? Billy? A tough call but Fletcher sharp in for Tuala maybe?

Good on Ponga for making an early comeback!

Oh s*!@ there ya go, Ponga, Sharpe and Pryce all in the side.
That's more running than we have had in years.

It will either be a carve up OR two many cooks getting in each other's way.
I’m not sure how sharp fits in at 14. But Ponga can chime in either side of the ruck. Left will be Hastings, right Will Pryce.

Sharpe will be there in case ponga goes down injured. Can give phoenix a bit of a spell. He can pass, hopefully he can get in a few tackles.
