I think Hastings on the left was more so because he wasn't doing any kicking and was to have crossland in the better position for a right foot kicker.
 
So Best got 3 try assists taking his season total to 5 from 6 games and career to total to 20 from 51 games + 18 tries.
Tuala said when he was our top try scorer that he mostly just had to fall over the line when he got the assist from Ponga or Best - but the 2 try assists Best got yesterday for the Marzhew tries, Marzhew still had a lot of work to do, but getting a good pass at speed near the line with only 1 or 2 defenders to beat and Marzhew is going to score most times. I suspect Brad's quality offloads after he's drawn a lot of defence is going to see Marzhew score 20 this year.

You are right, brailey was caught out both times....I'm sure coaching staff will pick up on that and make adjustments

Marzhew was brushed off like he was a 10 year old trying to make that tackle.

Brailey in my opinion was the main culprit at fault for the first try. Johnson got on his outside way to easily and it was all downhill from there.

Best was embarrassed on Pompey’s second try.

Yeah, I just had another look and I can assign very little blame to Best inspite of him looking goofy for the second one. Both times let down by the inside man, Brailey, allowing Johnson too much latitude and putting Best in two minds. Tough defending from a scrum near your line I must say. But if Johnson is made to ballplay early, Best has a single job to do and probably makes the tackles. Brailey was chosen for that task specifically and was found wanting.

Agree Brailey added to issues
 
One thing we've probably taken for granted this year, is Bradman has been fit! Hasn't missed a game this year, which was something he's really struggled with. He was never going to really do anything at this level if he couldn't stay on the field. Most games he's played in a season is 17, he's played 10 so far, and still 14 more games left to go.

Hopefully it was all issues with him growing.
Looks like now he has grown into his frame and dropped a little excess bulk.

I would hate for him to finally hit his straps and stay fit and the club let's him go. We have put a lot of years and money into him with most of it been plagued by injury. I hope it's rubbish.
 
I read on this forum somewhere yesterday that someone heard on another obscure site that Bradman and DSaf were being shopped around, it was quickly shutdown as not being reputable given where it had come from. Today, WWOS ,(garbage site in itself) is reporting they e heard the same thing and when I read further on the people they had interviewed about it was Phil the ghoul and Poor Gallen. 🤣

The Knights really are sticking to their guns on the whole no media at the club issue when you have to have tweedle dumb and tweedle dumber giving you inside scoops?
