It seems that way, interesting though that with Pearce in the side Ponga almost never moved to the left edge. But see 3 weeks ago without Pearce he tore the Raiders right side apart in Best's return game. Might be a tactical decision by Obi but it doesn't seem to work.
 
Well that was stressful.

A win is a win, I think we thought we’d come in and steamroll them after the try in the first minute. It was probably good for us to grind out a win.

Ugly as but our most important win of the year. Once we got in front we iced the game perfectly.

We were terrible in the first half but got in the grind in the 2nd. Credit to Cronulla they were excellent and definitely the better side.

Ponga getting out of the in goal and a couple of Barney’s plays were huge. Take the 2 and on.
 
That's like our two worst wins of the season in a row. Terrible signs but at least we got the 2 points. Just means we have another chance to get it right next week instead of stuffing it all up weeks out from the end.
 
Not super impressive bit an ugly win is still a win.

We can only hope to make the 8 and face the eels. So making the 8 2 years in a row is better than previous years
 
I'll take back my rant on Barnett, he came out a different beast in defence second half... That strip won us that game..
Sharks were 2nd tackle 40 out from our line at that point with quick play the balls and speed up the middle, he doesn't strip it sharks score I reckon next couple of plays
