barnett has been most impressive for me. dan and klem showed they were a class above the other pack and we lost nothing when jsaf came on

Mann is woeful. Through the nines and 2 trials I’m yet to see a pass go to hand.

None of our tries came from good structure. Hopefully paranoid O'Brien is keeping plenty up his sleeve

Maybe it’s just his edge learning to run off him. Maybe the timing will improve. I’ll be interested to see how much tolerance O’Brien has as the season progresses. He seems lime a bloke that won’t accept mediocrity.

Mann hasn't done himself any favours imo been very ordinary … Jacob looks ready to go Fitzy has made some good runs ...Took the whole team a bit to get going but they have .

Will it though? He’s had a good kick. And a number of poor plays. Shouldn’t he be sharp in the last trial before round 1? I have little faith. But would love nothing more for him to do really well

It's going to be nice to have some consistency at 9. We haven't had that in a long time

I would still prefer Lino at 5/8 but if not then put Watson back there and Mann to the bench.

Watson's energy in the middle is great.
If he can play a role like Brandon Smith this year that would be premo.

i was just about to say i thought the ball found mann a few times when id be looking for pearce, maybe by design? not sure we are playing our full hand here.
