Said the same thing but 500-550k 3 times on the previous page.
He aint a elite player and shouldnt be paid 550k+
Though every half decent player off contact seems to think they are worth the world and demand it.
 
Looks like Pappali is set to sign with the Eels, 4yr/2.8m
Not much point of keeping this thread open anymore now that he’s off the market

Parramatta Eels sign Josh Papalii for 2014

The Pirtek Parramatta Eels are today proud to announce the signing of Josh Papalii on a 3 year deal from the start of next season.

A Queensland under 18s representative in 2010, Papalii went on to make his NRL debut in 2011.

The time I have spent with the Canberra Raiders have been the best of my life. The Club and the fans have been so good to me & my family and I will always be grateful. Papalii said.

Heading to Parramatta next season is a new and exciting challenge, they are a club on the rise and I am looking forward to being a part of what Ricky Stuart and the team up there are doing. My first priority though is playing good footy for the Raiders this year and going out on a high.

Pirtek Parramatta Eels Chief Executive Officer Ken Edwards, believes securing the services of Papalii is a massive boost for the strategy the club has for the future.

It's a mixup. Although, technically my comment isn't wrong, this will be Paulo's second signing with the Eels.
 
Word is Papali will sign a 3 year deal with Raiders

I've never been a big fan But I thought he was very good playing lock last week

might be his new spot
 
So Paulo is definately going to the Eels and I dont think Papalli is going somewhere yet?

Ive always thought he would be a great lock and id hoped if we got him that lock is wherechevwould play

I've just never liked him as a player always seemed lazy to me, I know some guys look like they're cruzing but they're putting in but for Papali I've just always thought he's over rated and doesn't give a stuff.

Obviously people with greater knowledge than me see the good in him, he's played a lot of rep football
