I reckon he will go to a new club next season I've been talking to some Americans who religiously follow the nfl and they say he is hot property over there, several clubs are interested

i think if the sign up when they waiver they have to pay him what the 49ers signed him to. i think he will be getting a few offers soon. not like he will play till 49ers running backs go even worse then the one they elivated him for. or if there are injuries. i would be surprised to see him this year. but he will be there next year for the first bit if he doesn't perform then. hes gone. they are really worried about his blocking
 
If he did come back he will most likely go to the roosters seeing they get every big name player and have no salary cap.

Hope he stays in NFL and makes it big time.
 
I think partly it was Hayne's mistake that he chose to take a bit of guaranteed money instead of backing himself that he could make a 53 man roster at a team. Pete Carroll seemed pretty keen on him if he chose Seattle he had a plan for him to develop him into the NFL player they want him to be.
That said I understand why he went with Tomsula who worked in other countries involving NFL before finding a place working his way up the 49ers roster so he has worked with players learning the game and all. That said both the 49ers and Lions are a mess and the Lions are as close to a rebuild as any other team

I think Hayne would try his luck in the CFL and work up some highlights before coming back here if he was serious about playing in the NFL.
 
I would have though the Eels would have him sign a contract to return to them in the NFL deal fell over. That would surely have been a condition on their release.

It seemed left-field at the time but the rumour keeps growing that Newcastle think they are some chance of snaring Jarryd Hayne, should he quit the NFL.

The Knights have money and have been discussing a possible approach to Hayne internally.
Hayne to Newcastle would seem unlikely. But we thought that about Hayne going to the NFL in the first place.

I wonder.....Santa I promise to be good for the entire time Hayne signs for ....
 
Lurker just trying to get clicks, Willing to put anything on Hayne not being in Newcastle when/if he returns to NRL
