Knights query BJ Leilua ban

Just beat me to posting it  Would be good to see him pay but i think McKinnon done awesome at Centre last night and deserves another shot imo

I'm sure McKinnon can control Jarrod Croker next week. Actually... Anyone half decent could really.

Quinn against Ferguson though...

Either way I can't see BJ getting off this weekend and I don't think he should just waltz straight in anyway. One more week won't hurt.

Don't think BJ will be back for the raiders Ferguson vs Quinn worries me but Hopefully Quinn has Improved maybe time for a switch put McKinnon on ferguson and Quinn on Croker surely he can handle that midget

Bennett reckons Tahu will be fine next week, so he'll defend on the left against Ferguson after him and McManus formed a good combination last year.

Quinn/McKinnon on the right up against Croker, hopefully it's McKinnon.

Hope so that would be fantastic McKinnon and Tahu in the Centres

Quinn has been surprisingly good and deserves to keep his spot till his form drops or Dane returns, BJ is an excellent prospect and when the suspension is served he will most likely need some NSW cup to find some match fitness.

I disagree, i assume wayne does too trying to get bj back a week early... id drop quinn straight away. He hasnt been bad but he has offered 0.

Even if Wayne is trying to get him back a week early doesn't mean he'd be in first grade straight up it could just get him a week ahead of where he is now. Still maybe play NSW cup??
I'd say if he does want him back sooner it'd be so McKinnon can replace Scott if he's out injured but I suppose he can still replace him if Tahu's back ;)

Quinn didn't play too bad last night IMO

I agree he wasn't bad, he just offers nothing in attack compared to tahu or bj... Just my opinion once they are back or even all three, quinn won't be playing first grade

Oh for sure mate! He's definetly behind those 2 and Gaigai of course when they're available and I hope Kev is in front of him for a wing spot too ;)

I really don't know if BJ is even going to get a spot now. Unless McKinnon has a shocker next week (god forbid). He can only play round 5 and 6 and then Gagai will be back anyway. To me I'd rather just stick with McKinnon for those 2 matches.

They want his ban lifted so he can play sunday, so im sure they want him in FG for some reason. Tahu to back row, he was named on the bench this week?

They've been trying to get his ban lifted since we signed him months ago so I don't think it's purely to play on Sunday, just to try help him and get him into NSW Cup asap for match fitness. That'd be my guess anyway. Tahu said he hasn't trained at all to play in the backrow and there's going to be alot of changes again so I wouldn't take that original team list too seriously.

I wouldn't take it too seriously either I think Gidley and Mason will both play

I honestly cant wait to see what BJ can do once he does get a crack in first grade again. He was great at the roosters and almost made the nsw side.
