I wouldn't of called it if I was a ref but it did drift foward!
Besides, throwing a floater 30m's across field on the kick off is a very dumb play to start the second half when you are behind! Handing it off to a front row foward would have been a smarter option!

It was obviously a set play that didn't come off. Everybody had agreed on it then BAM...bad call ref
Dumb play or not, if QLD did that it would never have been called forward. It wasn't even close to being forward out of the hand though - DIDN'T YOU HEAR GUS!!

Awesome if it works, but a low percentage play off the kick off which has high risk factor. Correct me if i'm wrong, but didn't that mistake lead up for QLD getting those continual repeat sets?

I actually thought Pearce was good tonight. Kicked a fair bit on the full to Boyd & Slater but apart from that i thought he looked good. Mullen would be so much worse. Dugan, Uate, Jennings, Soward, Scott, Bird, Gallen were awesome. Ennis & Merrin looked good in patches for me. Unfortunately Snowden failed to impress at rep level again. :/

This the guy is the best prop in the world with daylight second.
Brilliant defence particularly Pearce who was certainly the better of the 2 halves.
Gallen was probably ouur best along with Jennings and Uate.
All in all a much better effort then I expected other then Morris they all should keep there spots.
