Knights rumoured targets for 2012

Im not against it, but id find it surprising if he was back in the NRL soon based on the messy charges he is facing.
Picker has also re-signed with the Raiders till 2013, press conference later on. We were probably linked to him to drive up his price like with Tilse heh
 
With Newcastle being one of the richest clubs in the comp nowadays it goes without saying that every manager will be dropping hints that his player has been contacted by the knights. The amount BS that will be laid at the feet of the knights will increase exponentially from here on in.
 
Sounds about right, same for the Eels because they have cap space. However the only players I am going to assume we are in talks with unless theres a quote from the Knights are Boyd and Snowden heh. And of course every off-contract player we intend on re-signing like Sau and Hilder.
 
So it doesn't look like we are getting Snowden, so what other players should the Knights target? IMO we need a good prop
 
Green, I think he is off-contract from the Dragons. He is really underrated and a workhouse prop.... But I still want Snowden to come back :cry:
 
There's only a small handful of big name players left on the market. If Bennett isn't fussed by letting Snowden aka NRL's best prop go then how on earth are we going to get an idea of who we're going to sign. There's dozens of average forwards available, if we're not getting Kade then it'll have to be a choice of them which I'm fine with but it'd just be nice to know who we've got in mind. Hopefully we hear some recruitment news over the next fortnight, Im getting jealous of other clubs signings tbh :lol:

Snowden is not the best in the game mate, Matt Scott ****s all over him!

Snowden is a great foward but not worth the 500k proposed by many, he stands out as a world beater at Cronulla because they are an ordinary team. If Bennett dosen't think he is worth his asking price, he obviously isnt!

I'd say Snowden is the best in the game atm. Scott is a very good prop but Snowden is smashing it up this year so far.
