CVC: City V Country - Possible Teams

Hey Guys, with City V Country coming up, what are your possible teams.
For me My country side would look something like this.

1. Dugan / Patten ( Assuming gids will be on the bench for Australia )
2. Brett Morris
3. Josh Morris
4. Jamie Lyon
5. Joel Monaghan
6. Jamie Soward
7. Jarrod Mullen ( Hope he hits some good form soon. )
8. Aiden Tolman
9. Michael Ennis
10. Josh Perry
11. Ben Creagh
12. Nathan Hindmarsh
13. Greg Bird

14. Todd Carney
15. Josh Perry
16. Luke Douglas
17. Cory Patterson

18. Terry Campese

And as for city, i couldnt give a crap. Sorry.......

Gee you like josh perry mate, You have him in your team twice. That leaves a spot for campese who should be in there anyway although he has two good halves in mullen and soward there aswell

yea i read a while back he is eligible for NSW and Australia. last year daley was thinking of picking him it was in the herald

He is, but will have to declare his change of country from Fiji to Australia.

It'd be a big shame if Fiji lost him.

if he wants to play in the big games he will have to changed country. Plus QLD got carroll(i think thats how you spell it) and Petro we deserve Uate
 
Fiji play in the World Cup and get shots at the Four Nations ... plus the Pacific Cup. Those are big games, as big as they come.

It's a shame if Origin once again takes one of the developing nation's best players.

Of course it could be fixed by allowing non-Australians to play origin, if say they played their first senior game in NSW or Queensland ... but the ARL is too pig-headed to realise what a good thing that would be for the international game.

But anyway, I for one say UATE FOR FIJI!!!

I agree with you there. I think that people should play for their country, and not just another one because they have "bigger" games.

Stay playing for Fiji, play for my country!
 
Uate should stay with Fiji.

On the matter of letting non-Australians play Origin, I think they shouldn't be allowed. But that's only my opinion.

Oops didnt realise i had him in there twice:lol:, i wouldnt even have him in there but i couldnt think of anyone else.
 
Heaps of halves to choose from. I think they will play Carney in the 6 & Mullen in the 7 (that's if he improves) and then Soward or Campese off the bench, not both.
