Smithy going to the Roosters next season (confirmed)

With Brian gone, don't be surprised if a lot of blokes leave when their contracts are up.
 
I'll tell you what is the worst thing? He'll be taking all of his staff and everything with with him. The great defensive coaching staff and everything will go as well. This is just horrible.
 
I don't think Joey would really be a good idea to be honest. I think it would be another Freddy. Too young to really make the tough decisions, particularly when he has played with a fair few of the current squad.

I think Matt would make the better coach.

I'm waiting for an official channel to either confirm/deny this before I make a proper comment, but for conversations sake, I hope to god the reports are wrong.

He's made us into a quality side from grade-A rubbish during his 3 years so far, and he'd be abandoning a team who's best years are in front of it.
