Knights Off Contract

We are only guessing how much dogs are over, so fire sale may be those not wanted, they will keep Klemmer, Jackson, Foran, Woods etc and sell the not so big names who are on big money, and then it will be up to them to want to go. Excluding those four mentioned not many I would want except Graham pending fitness and Tolman. Let's face it they are going bad which doesn't fill me with confidence in the rest

Report in the Sunday paper that Starling has officially signed for 2018 (edit - Tom Starling, not Josh)
Also, Feeney has knocked back an offer from Wests that was smaller than he is on this year, but is no chance to get an offer from the Knights.
 
If we lose Feeney and Pearsell and gain Watson we are light on in halves even if Pythian is fit. No obvious players to fill position if injuries etc except Johns coming up. Need another halve or keep either of them for one more year.

Feeney will always be a desperate injury fill in. We haven't seen enough of Pearsall to judge him but you'd have to assume he's no different since he's only been picked for a few games. If we wanna find spots for Phythian, Cogger & Johns then those guys have to go. The last 3 are mostly unproven, but all have potential, which is probably beyond what you could give to Feeney & Pearsall.
 
Yeah, we don't want Feeney and Pearsall as depth anymore. We want them as far from FG as possible.

Hodko, Phythian and Cogger will be nice fill-ins and Jack Johns looks promising. We're good for halves depth

I think feeney will stay I heard a rumour from someone who I will not mentioned that Knights are doing a lot of things to keep feeney here.
