I like that we have a young squad. I don't know if we've ever won rookie of the year before but Henry and O'Donnell would go close IMO if given the opportunity.

Stig spent last off season training with the Cowboys, running all of Thurston's plays when he was injured.
Then he played the season for the Cowboys feeder club, Northern Pride, and they were the best team in the comp with him being one of their best.
He got offers from 3 other NRL clubs including Melbourne, but came home to play with guys like Edwards, Tetevano, K Naiqama, Mata'utia, Cook, Aioloami, Roberts and half the Centurions like Williams and Wyborn (his partner in the halves for 6 years in the juniors).
The Qld cup is the second strongest comp in the country, way ahead of NYC - which means his form is a mile ahead of Henry's - and Henry is coming back from injury while Stig is fully fit.
