Simpson would be better at second row/lock. I think Houston/Taia/Simpson is our best back rows. I would have.

1. Gids
2. Uate
3. Wes
4. Mad Dog
5. Jimmy Mac
6. Mullo
7. Scotty
8. Tolar
9. Bedsy
10. Cross
11. Houston
12. Taia
13. Simpson
14. Patto
15. Wicks
16. Sargent
17. Hilder

Your probably right but having Cross and Simmo start the game as props would give us a really good solid start for a IMO

Im going to have a little gamble...

1. Naiqama
2. Uate
3. McManus
4. Lulia
5. Vuna
6. Mullen/Gidley
7. Gidley/Mullen
8. Royal
9. Buderus/Hilder
10. Cross
11. Houston
12. Paterson
13. Bailey

14. Hilder
15. Taia
16. Sargent
17. Wicks

Fa'aoso & MacDougall are ruled out. Simpson wont be right...

Against the Titans, theyre very attacking side, I would give Aku and Vuna a game on the wings, bring Jimmy Mac into test him in the centres.

Kidley/Mullen can be a great combination, very attacking! And Bailey is in at lock.

What do you all think?

Vuna and Uate on the wings? Isn't that bad for cross-field kicks from the Titans? And with Pieterson on there side, I'm pretty sure they will make a lot of cross-field kicks.

I reckon Uate will debut in the game, but I reckon we need Gidley to cover us in the backline. But then again Wes is better under the high ball...

But he is a pretty good attacking winger. Still, from what I read, having Uate and Vuna as wingers is not a good idea.

50/50 could mean a lot on the scoreboard...

Its tough, Bailey deserve's a starter but saying that its either 5/8 or lock. Zeb has done nothing to be shifted to the bench.

Selection Drama's

And ill have you know Aku is great under the highball, he has a few 100 meter kick return trys from his fullback days.

I was just going to say, what makes you think Aku isnt great under the high ball?

We havent seen him play yet.

Well, put it this way (Ignore the bias part of me for this post) Out of all the players in NYC, NSW Cup and FG there are Two players i think can take High balls with out me being nervous, They are Aku (was once a destructive fullback) and Wes, as we saw in the Roosters game. Actually i hope they put them up high to Aku, if they underestimate him BANG he's gone.
