Tarsha Gale Grandfinal 2024

[Billy]

4 - 4

[Billy]

4 - 6

[Billy]

4 - 12
Steelers halves are kicking great

[mullenmagic]

Steelers just too good so far

[Billy]

4 - 18

[Billy]

8 - 18

[mullenmagic]

Big tackle from McEwen causes an error 10m out with 2 minutes left. Another try before halftime would be big.

[Billy]

Should be 14 - 18 after the kick

[Newygirl]

My god McEwan almost took half the Illawarra team over the line with her

[mullenmagic]

Poa dives over after a damaging run from McEwen that pulled about 6 defenders in. 12-18 at halftime with a missed kick.

[Billy]

12 - 18 at halftime
3 tries each - 3 goals to Steelers - 0 goals to Knights

[mullenmagic]

2 tough ones from the sideline but McNamara should've kicked that last one. 3 tries each in the first half though thought Steelers looked the better team.

[Billy]

• Lilly Mcnamara 1'
• Aylah McCulloch 22'
• Malaki Poa 29'

[mullenmagic]

Steelers have done a good job jamming in on McEwen as the Bulldogs did last week as well. If you give her any space on the edge she'll make you pay.

Need to be next top score.

[mullenmagic]

Attack has looked very disorganised. Need more from White & Jones especially.

[Billy]

still 12 - 18 - 18 to go

[mullenmagic]

Tarsha Gale big raps on Jones for kicking early from dummy half directly to the fullback with no one ready to chase. Brilliant analysis.

[Newygirl]

Steelers defence is very good. Much better line speed than the Knights

[mullenmagic]

Will be tough to hold them out here.

[Billy]

12 - 24 - 7 minutes to go
