SG Ball V Brisbane Norths - the National title

Article says the game will be next Saturday V Brisbane Norths, but doesn't give the time or the Venue.

It should be in Newcastle IMO. It will be a joke if they hold it in Sydney.

The Centurions have a home game set down for Morrie Breen on Saturday.

I'd move both games to Ausgrid and make a day of it - or even better, move it to before the Firstgrade game.

1.30 kickoff at Leichardt. Good chance I'l go...

The only people that might suit would be the state selectors - and i suppose the boys will be wanting to impress them about now.

Kurt Mann will be getting his one shot at impressing the qld selectors i suppose - nothing stupid Kurt (couldn't help myself).

[Ms.Nobody]

I don't think we will ever see something so silly again. Never say never though.

NSW selectors were out in force on Saturday, no doubt they'd be impressed with a few of our boys.

Will let everyone know if I'm at Leichardt on Saturday.

Not sure, but wouldnt it be held with the HM final too? would have been interesting if Newcastle won both.

The game will be televised on FoxSports so I might just stay at home and watch

11. Jake Lawrence
12. James Elias
13. Ben Roose

14. Will Clarke
15. Jayden Eneliko
16. Jeremy Ma’a
17. Jackson Hill
18. Napoleon Utai
19. Jayden Rosberg
20. Jason Savin
21. Ned Nissen
22. Jack Jones
23. Sam Keenan

I don't get why Elias and Roose swap numbers evry week.

I hope big Jeremy gets a run this week, but i suppose that would mean Savin doen't get to be our impact forward, and I really want to see both have a turn.

I might go to Wyong Leagues club and watch this game on TV at 1.30 and go outside to watch the Centurions game at 3 - sounds like a plan.

Edit - whoops - game isn't live on foxsports, so i won't be doing that.

National Under 18's -

Big win to the doggies 40-8 in the under 16s
Hopefully that's a sign that the NSW comps are stronger.

6-0 to us after 3 minutes.
Tom Rouse scores.
He has been the guy for the finals. outstanding form.

[Hunter93]

Knights win 32-14

Tom Rouse awarded player of the year.

[Ms.Nobody]

He should cement his spot in the halves for NSW 18s

[Ms.Nobody]

He (Rouse) should cement his spot in the halves for NSW 18s with being awarded POTY.

A fair few other Knights should do. Mata'utia surely the fullback.

What a fantastic season by the Knights juniors.

Knights HM finish 3rd and our SG Ball boys the Premiers.

[Billy]

Rouse was a good player during the regular season, but nothing special.
But he had an amazing finals series. When we were well down at halftime against Parra and he came out and scored a second half hat trick to get us back into the semi final is probably the thing that won him the POTY, but he did good things in every game after that as well.
Oddly, a guy who might keep him out of the NSW number 6 is Knights NYC player Geordie Connelly, if anyone remembers that Connelly is a better 5/8.

[Billy]

There is also a chance that Kurt Mann could be in the Qld 7 and Tom Rouse could be in the NSW 7 - giving the Knights the two best under 18 7s in the country.
