Only thing splitting these teams apart for me is Greens kicking game, i feel Cowboys need more from their play maker.
 
If nikorima played the cowboys every week he would be worlds best player. Always carves us whether it’s at the broncos or now warriors.
 
Nikorima again. It’s amazing how well he turns from U6 level quality to golden boot level when against the Cowboys.
 
Cooper has literally not won a single ruck all game. Whether it’s in defence or ball in hand he is dominated. Time to go.

If only. By far the easiest draw to start the season and he has the team dishing up the same crap from the last couple years.

I could defend against our attack and I haven’t played the game for 10 years.
 
Bit unlucky that Holmes got injured a few minutes in.

That said Is there anyone who could take O’Neill’s spot as well? I remember hearing a few names (maybe it was on here as well)
Some fans seem to be a bit over Marsters too?

Murray Taulagi is the one that should be playing instead of O’Neill. Made his debut last season after only 18 or so months playing the game.

Marsters has always been dodgy in defence. His attacking game needs to improve but so does his service. Rarely does he get early ball and usually only sees it when being a battering ram.

I think you've got far more pressing issues than your centres to be perfectly honest.

You signed Holmes to plug a hole that didn't need plugging, I think Drinkwater should be your #1.

Morgan is probably a bit past it but needs to be in the side for some experience and leadership, I've seen what I need to from Jake Clifford to know that with a bit of help he can be a first grade quality half, but don't think he's ever going to be in the conversation for more than that.

But as a whole I think the issue is tactical rather than roster-based, Paul Green is dishing up the same boring football, one out running and relying on Taumalolo to do all the work for your pack, and it doesn't work.

Serious shake-up needed in your playstyle, there are far too many exciting players in your squad to play this boring style of footy.
 
Not quite true Patrick. Serious shake up to Greenie by moving him out and bringing in someone with fresh ideas to stimulate the team.
 
And Paul Kent is right on cue with his pretend gossip about Green being headhunted by the Sharks so that the Foxsports website and social media pages have something to write about because no one is going to give two ****s about what he has to say.

Never really saw the Cowboys as the type to leak that sort of information out, even if the team are considering punting him, it'll probably be kept all in house.
