Is anyone still a big Romaniuk believer? Feel like some had high hopes for her early but I think she's been consistently average for 2 or 3 years now, never really rating a mention at all but somehow never under pressure. Just got promoted to captain, though, so clearly I'm missing something.

I was but yeah while I think she’s pretty good in terms of footy ability, has a good offload etc but she needs to improves her conditioning. If she can get fitter and stronger she’ll be more effective but if she doesn’t others are going to go past her
 
If we need to replace Finau next week, Emily McArthur came back from injury and had an excellent game.
Karpani ripped in for limited minutes as a prop - don't think she could play second row, but maybe Yoe could.
Lacey Cross is a like for like second row and she has been going great for Knights and NSW under 19s.
Stella Lewis also plays second row and is big and strong enough for firstgrade - but as I once heard Rick Stone describe Zane Tetavano - she is "one dimensional" meaning, she just runs straight and hard and dies with the ball.
 
Funny how after the game the 9 journalist was saying how good the crowd was to Tamika. Just over 2k sunny Sunday afternoon in a Capital City of almost 3million people.

Knights got just under 2k on a cold, wet Sunday night (worst possible timeslot) last week against last place Dragons

To me that’s atrocious from Brisbane, they’ve won the most comps, have the best player in the game. How are the not getting bigger crowds in such a big city. Are they promoting them at all?

I’ll tell you why, because they are a fraudulent sack of bum club and the Knights are not.
