Moga rewarded with starting gig for his "ordinary" commitment.

Earlier this year Herman gets dropped for one pretty average defensive effort on the goal line. Gavet loses us a game with his usual dumb rubbish and keeps his spot. I don't get the coaches thought process at times.
 
Not surprising that Lino is out of the side after being directly responsible for the Bulldogs first two tries and letting them back into the game

Really?!? He had class for sure, he also had the ability to go postal better than anyone else the club has had. He was tough, no doubt about it. He completely physically dominated his side of the park.

Lino was amazing in defence against the Warriors.
I think the reason he has been dropped is because he showed he can defend really well when he has a lot of passion like he had against his old team.
He has always been iffy in defence, but you always thought he was doing his best. After the warriors game, it looks like he could do better if he had his blood up.
 
BK when angry was hilarious. I remember one game where he was captaining the side and he just gave it to the ref with both barrels and at the end of the rant just looked at the ref and yelled ‘sh*t decision’. The ref was too scared to react.
 
It would be nice to win this game, but i'd rather see us come out of it injury free and ready to go on a run for the rest of the season.
Looking at the rest of the season, we should either start favourites or slight underdogs in every game till the finals start.

If lose to Chooks likely would need to win 5 to make finals, or 4 and hope our good F/A sneaks us in. Should be doable if injuries are kind.
 
Too early to say at the moment who is in and who isn't. Other then the Storm having the Minor Premiereship close to being wrapped up, the top 4 and top 8 is still pretty open.
You can probably rule out the Titans, Dragons and Bulldogs...and probably Warriors too.
 
BK was not real angry the day he dropped the kick off right in front of the sticks on a Golden Point play off against the Cowgirls.

Start with the Rooters and make a great run home is better.
 
In a story in the Newcastle Herald, Gavet has said he will stay out of trouble with the refs. I'll believe it when I see it.

Gavet is hoping to have a big game against the Roosters on the weekend.

I said leading into the Dragons game that we need to be on 18pts or more to have a run at the top 4, at the time i expected us to lose to the Roosters, Souths, Storm and win against the Dragons, Broncos, Warriors, Bulldogs.

We won 2 that i didnt expect to win and Lost 2 that we should of won.

Think we mite give the Roosters a bit of a hard time again tbh, the boys will be filthy with the lack of effort last week.

We should win 6 of our last games but we mite only wind 3 lol.
 
The next lot of games are critical but most critical are the next 3 plus the second Tigers game, those four are against rivals vying for top 8, win those and go a long way to making it win or lose against Roosters. A win against those is points they don’t get, a win against the Roosters means we can afford a loss.
 
roosters coming off an embarrising loss and have their full strength side on the field for first time all year, im anticipating a very long afternoon for us. if we are to be any chnace our middles need to all have their best games of the year.

Our forward pack did dominate their forward pack 6 weeks ago. If we play like that again we’ll win.
 
Look at all our worst games, teams below us, seems to me we still think we can turn up and win. We will be way better from here on in. Our origin players looked tired against dogs.
