We are being so heavily underrated by the so called 'experts' this season while Penrith are being way overrated. No reason why we should be such large outsiders

Not necessarily. The Panthers finished 2nd, the Knights finished 11th. It's a given we're gonna start big outsiders.
 
I think we're being heavily underrated in this match. When I look at both sides, the only thing they have over us, is their prop rotation. Everywhere else, we have them covered. In particular, the backline.

I didnt see Civonaceva (or however you spell it) in the line up, not sure if that was an error or he's out.

Does anybody how much the odds are at the moment for tipping-wise? Definately starting the season with a bet on Newcastle to win.

Panthers $1.67 Knights $2.25. Pretty good value if you ask me!!

Ciraldo is damn average, no need for him to play! Much rather stick with the team that was listed thanks! :)

It's strange.

If we had to replace Pato for Sunday, Karawana, Mika, KOD or Southern would be ahead of him for sure.

Ciraldo would get the nod over those guys because he isn't named in any team while all of those guys are playing in the NSW Cup this weekend. So they would go with Ciraldo because he'd be alot more fresher.

I know that. What I meant is that I believe that the players I listed are more deserving of a first grade call up than Ciraldo.
 
Has anyone bought tickets to this game? Bought tickets just then, and I get them eastern terrace, middle of the field, in the first row? No crowd for this game?

This will be a ripper of a game. I think the Knights will get the 2 points.
