Roberts or Smith

The under 20's halves, will smith and tyrone roberts have been playing well when i have seen them... do you think rick stone shoul give them a run because they have nothing to lose this year
 
I think this weekend would be the time to do it with Rogers suspended, Gidley in Origin and Mullen in doubt with injury. I would have Roberts over Smith ATM because Smith has not long come into toyota cup where as Roberts has a bit more experience.

yeah, well they have nothing to lose this year, personally, i think roberts as well, but smith is a future prospect
 
Roberts should get called up this week...oh nah sorry, i forgot Rick Stone was the name of our coach...so probably not. And i have never heard of this Will Smith, who is he lol.

He is a junior player for toyota cup that was only playing SG ball recently. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
 
Roberts is a no, no, at the moment

His defence is as bad as Dureau's, if not worse

But he's promising.
 
What do you mean there is nothing to lose ? There is still half the season to go, Just cause we have less chance of making the 8 doesn't mean you just give up for the season.

Also you want Dureau, Mullen and Rogers all dropped cause they aren't consistent or they can't defend. You think these guys will be any better ? and don't give me the **** that they can't be any worse. No matter how promising these players are throwing them into first grade isn't going to help when they can't even consistently be good in the Toyota cup.
 
Will Smith is way off FG, good footy player but no way!!!

T.Roberts is good enough. So consistent. Makes the right decision every time with kicking, passing and running, he is good enough for FG. not to say that he would make a dent but theres no harm having him at 5/8

Stone is all talk about dropping Mullen. this week will be Dureau/Mullen

When it really should be Dureau/Roberts....Mullen may be the better choice but he simply does not deserve it
 
Also Roberts hasnt been playing 20s for the reason that i believe to be true, that he is on standby for FG, so if stone stands by his word we may just see roberts this w/e wooo
 
Smith is 17, he player about 6 week in under 20's so i dont know why the thread even considers him
If anyone new halves come in it would be Roberts then the two central coast crsade halves id have to say. Lets hope we only have to fall back a far as roberts

I think his time is right he didnt play last week in under 20's adrian Davis did so i assume he was rested for the purpose of tepping up to FG

No media releases on it yet so we dont have a warriors game plan which revolves around snapping the newbie
