POS needs to find Schiller another club if we’re going to have any chance of retaining Votano. I’m pretty sure we signed Schiller on centre money as a direct replacement for Gags.

In a year or 2 if the young guys all develop how we hope, we are going to have some tough decisions to make on who we keep as we won’t be able to keep them all

It’s tough because apparently the Dragons came for him and he refused, it looks like he might be digging in

Votano keeps playing like he is, he’ll play himself into a contract. He’d behind Sharpe and Hunt as FB replacements but his ball play and confidence has grown immensely from last year.

Would say we don’t have a FB his quality in juniors just yet. Jayson Bishop having his first few games into Flegg and a couple years away. But talent kid with ball in hand

I haven’t seen much of reserve grade but would it be fair to say Votano is the most KP like fullback of the lot? He seems to have decent ball-playing ability that Hunt, etc don’t

Word around the city is he actually bought a place a few months back and is knee-deep in renovations. Doesn't sound like a bloke who has his bags packed for another club if he's actively laying down roots.
