Brown was just on NRL360 & said they've moved in another direction from James Graham. I got the feeling from it that James wasn't too keen on Newcastle so now they've moved on as they want people that want to be here.

If they're the right players & want to come here. It was pretty good hearing him talk about it. He also mentioned Mitch Barnett telling his manager not to worry about the market, just get a deal done with the Knights. That's good to hear
 
Think Graham is a very passionate man as shown in his game, would definitely bring it to anywhere he goes/plays my only concerns about him was age and injury coupled with high cost.
 
Wonder how long until the dogs offer up players clubs will take because at the moment their list is laughable especially at $700k plus for all of them.

Makes me laugh everytime I think of Eastwood on $800k and Mbye on close to a million.

$1 million for graham his done.

$700k for the Morris boys at their best yes but that is in the past.

I honestly cant see if they are well over a million above the salary cup how in hells name they can register Woods or Foran.

Bearing in mind whoever goes has to be replaced.

Which is about 500k to much tbh. Guys average.
What blows my mind is that these players were signed up for yrs, why did they backend every one so much? Absolutely idiotic... and what did they get from it? A few mediocre final series games... suck shight i say

Mbye is also signed till 2020 yet his on the market.

They cant pick and choose atm.... there up shight creek.... we either go hard or do nothing.

As thoroughly disappointing as it is that Graham won't be a Knight next year, it's good confidence to know that Brown & Mooney are prepared to go in other directions. They've obviously seen something wrong whether that be his injury issues or commitment to the cause, our previous boards & coaches would have signed him without a second thought.

Why not just offer to pay klemmers whole contract to get him here, would be enormous for us,
 
Klemmer is being kept at the Dogs and is not on the market. Only he and Jackson are locked in for 2018. The 'new coach' has spoken!

And if no club wants to take a million worth of other players off them?
Then them to still need to fit Woods and Foran?
What they want and what happens aint really upto them atm.
 
If it came down to a choice between woods and foran for the dogs. Surely they would take foran.

I can see us getting woods unfortunately.
