Phil Gould and Ricky Stuart flag interest in coaching struggling NSW Blues

Phil Gould IMO would be the best option. I ****ing hate the guy, but I think as a coach, he is one of the best. Just had that vision of how the game should be played, he loves the old school type players, and the tough plays, he talks Lachlan coote up alot cos he isnt fancy, but he is just a great all round player.

Plus if he coaches, i can enjoy origin without his commentary
 
bring in Gould. he knows what is required and can devote more time to nsw than bellamy.
 
yeah thats it man. When he is commentating, u can hear him carrying on, and just know he wished he had a little more control of what was happening. He would make them play as a team. at the moment, they pick 17 individual players, and get them to go play there own game, QLD do that, but incorperate all aspects of different players natural ability into plays. NSW need to play as 1 team, not 17 individuals
 
I like Gus as a coach because he knows what sort of players need to be picked and knows how to get them to perform. Plus he likes Kurt Gidley.
