Ok this is a knights forum and all but today I was bored so I took the train to Parra to watch the storm and eels game!!! WHAT A WASTE OF $15!!!

Now to be honest i only went to see John Morris play and hes the best player there. Tim Smith is a deadset overated moron who cant pass or kick if his life depended on it. Now no goals were kicked for parra, well i thing fat pig got one at the end but apart from the storm ran all over the eels.

Vella and Cayless cant play, they are too old, overall the eels look unfit exceptions for a few but pig riddell, cayless. Joel Reddy runs backwards!!!

I must admit though ref Simpkins[remembering he refed the knights game last week] he helped the storm score the first try, blind!!!

OK SO WHAT DOES MICHAEL HAGAN NEED TO DO APART FROM TELL JOHN MORRIS TO MAKE HIS WAY BACK NORTH WHERE HE CAN PLAY WITH REAL WINNERS HAHA!!!

$15????? Thats cheap. If I lived in Sydney I would go to heaps of games regardless of who was playing!! Thats what living in Dunedin does to you.
I would go to the Eels games just to perv at Eric Grothe :D

Jarryd Hayne is gun though.
I watched him last year in the premier league final and he was good, then in the NSW U19s and in first grade.
Good young player.
And Hindmarsh is their best player.
But i hate parra, they are terrible.
And i dont really like Morris, he elbowed me hahaha
I also hate Melboure, they shouldn't be in the comp, they are all queenslanders anyway.

Haha very true. I was at the cake tin at a cricket match, turns out it was Wellington ann and everything had a 15% surcharge. My brother and I spent over $100 on food and booze haha.

Good grief. I didn't have much money last year when I went to the grand final, so I managed to get through the entire day and night with a $5 hotdog and no drink ... I was there for all 3 grades as well! Great effort by me. :D

And in the hot hot sun for most of the day ... a helicopter flew past pulling a big sign and our section was in the shade for about 2 seconds and everyone cheered haha.

Haha gosh, thats a good effort. The wohle point of going to sports games is to eat and drink (and yes watch the game). I really want to go to the 7s one year. I think I would save a crapton of money though haha.

Yeah sevens would be good. Maybe next year, since I will be in warm old Wellington (thank god!)

You are mad if you buy food at a sporting venue! Or very rich!
the food at the cricket was pretty ok...we got this chicken breast strips and chips ... and there was a fair bit of each... and they were bout $6..which wasnt too bad.. no more expensive than kfc or red rooster..
and then at the aus vs nz test match we bought chicken kebabs for $5.80 or $6 or somethin...not too bad i thought

Yeh being a cricketer myself and going in to train at the scg, i always buy a powerade which is usually 4.50, water is the same thing, its a joke!!!
