Ponga is 2 years away from being good still needs time to find his feet and consistency

If we could end up with 10 Graham 9 levi 8 Daniel 11 Guerra 12 Sione 13 Barnett/ Buhrer 7 Lamb 6 Maloney 5 Pete 4 Moga 3 SKD 2 Ross 1 Ponga 14 Jacob 15 Ese,ese 16 Buhrer/Barnett 17 Pythian .....Imo that would be a lot closer to a top 8 side than we have been for a while ....I would love to see that side playing ..
 
I think ese'ese with the safitis will be a strong front row if they continue to grow together..
need to add one more prop on the bench and a few for depth though
 
So is Ese'Ese going to sign? or are the Broncos going to convince him to stay (by the sounds of it) for nearly $200k less.
 
Ive read a few things that says he has signed and others that says he hasn't but one thing that makes me think we will get him is Alex Glenn saying he didn't think there was any money left to sign him with but they did sign him although he had to take a pay cut ...I would think if Glenn had to take a pay cut they cant have enough to upgrade Ese,ese 's enough to match our bid for him ...Here's hoping ...

To fill out the 40 man squad we need to sign about 15 more I think, about 5 from NYC - Starling, Cam King, Eddy Tui, Sam McIntyre, Heath Gibbs - and about 10 from our current seniors that aren't signed - which means we release guys like Bhana, Paea, Randell and about 8 more.

Our forward pack still gets dominated the majority of time, I really don't think 1 new prop will do anything personally. If we get both Ese'ese & Graham that may go a long way to helping.
 
What's happening with Moga seeing as the cut off is tomorrow? Is he in the cooling off period that we know of?

The cutoff is for mid-season signings. 10 day cooling off period replaced the mid-season backflip deadline.

Yes. He will be here. Also believe Herman is signed, but Broncos desperately trying for a backflip with plenty of promises and a few paper bags!

Heaps wrong with him fitting in anywhere in the NRL in my opinion. Great talent but no attention span.
No offence mate, I don't think it's the comment, I think it's the name on the post & they switch off. That's just my interpretation anyway

Agree , 1 prop adds nothing .

Look at Storm they are successful now and have already bought another 2 Experienced props for next year ( Nate Myles and Kasiano) their roles will be simple and "the Guns" will work off the platform these boppers lay.

Safiti's and Ese have great potential if we get him, just need 1 more if you ask me and a couple of backups.
