If Klemmer's decision revolves around cost of living in Sydney it begs the question :

Do those teams outside Sydney (and Melb) have an advantage when it comes to the salary cap because cost of living is cheaper, and therefore should their caps be smaller?

They are suggesting trades galore on that forum. Watson and Hoy. Ramien, Ese’ese and Hoy. Ponga for Klemmer. Ramien, Hoy, Loughrey. The list goes on. Too bad they’re as dumb as dog s***. None of this will happen.
 
For who ever said we should ban TPA's it simply can't be done, you can't deny a person an avenue of income.

They're talking about getting Jake Trbo in a trade for Foran :giggle::giggle::giggle::giggle:

One of their members doesn't even know who Ramien is lol
 
Klemmer has TPA with third party, cant ge guaranteed by the club etc, not mentioned in klems contract with dogs etc

But

Dogs arranged tpa and presented contract to player starting if you sign for us you get 400k from us and 200k in tpa making total remuneration 600k. Sign here and here.

At the least klemmer would have issue with whoever the tpa is with for breach of contract, and possibly with dogs for breach of verbal contract.

I'd love to see one of these players actually take the club and tpa company to court to enforce payment and let all the shady club dealings come to light officially.

If tpa not getting paid, just the threat of legal calamity and salary cap rort penalties the club faces would be enough for them to release him.
 
Just had a laugh at the posts on The Kennel, do they know anything about the game? They think Cogger is going as a world beating half and all of a sudden Klemmer is an over rated prop
 
TPA is not in contract!
TPA is registered with NRL seperately by player/manager!
Canterbury can just give the old Sgt Schultz: "I know nuzzing"!
Breach of a verbal contract!
Verbal contracts aren't worth the paper they're not written on!

Its registered by the NRL and signed by the club and NRL, that's enough to make a claim!

The dogs will release him I'm 100% sure on it, they know the other option is not going to end well for them at all.
 
It's funny that 24 year old Klemmer will be our second oldest forward after Guerra, or 3rd oldest if we play Buhrer as a forward.
I'm not sure he has the right personality to be our forward leader, but his age, experience and payrate say he is now leader of the pack.
The big guy needs to step up and take charge.
 
Every article has me more and more convinced Klemmer will be here. Only thing that id be upset about is if he went to another club. Id be ok if he stayed at dogs.. doubt thats an option tho tbh

He'll easily be the forward leader. He's aggressive & will take it to the opposition when we need it. Our younger guys like the Saifitis & Barnett will be inspired by him.

Hell yeah. I really hope he throws down the gauntlet to the other guys to try and out-do his intensity.

A culture of one-upmanship is something I feel has been lacking for a long time
