Off contract options

I wouldn't want Bellamy biggest cheat in the sport ..As Bennett said there is not a coach in the comp that doesn't know exactly how much every player in his team is on ...Bellamy cheated his arse off to get the roster he knew would win and if caught he could get rid of players but keep the best spine ever ..He is a cheating piece of sxxt and the only one that got away scott free without a mention i wouldn't want that scum bag here ...
 
Bellamy can coach, he has had too much success not to be talented in coaching and managing players, yes he would have known about salaries and payments as do all the other coaches with the brown paper bags. What Melb got caught at every team has at some stage been guilty off, naive if you don't believe it. Don't want him here because at this stage I am happy with what we have, how it is going and consider another season or two is not unreasonable then expect better results.

Mate they cheated they're arses off and got to keep Slater , Cronk , Smith , and Inglis ...With those four in a side i could coach them to a GF and ive never coached anything but Kids ...
 
West’s are signing brown to an open ended contract, why are we debating new coaches? Not going to happen, nor should it. Brown has finally started getting the roster he wants and has so far only recruited what looks to be quality players and people to the club. Can’t fault him yet, he needs time to prove he can coach. In regards to player recruitment he seems to know what he needs to say and do to get blokes here, before him no way on earth would a young star like ponga ever think about coming to us over the broncos or Melbourne. Back onto off contract players we need a decent winger, Young isaako from Brisbane is off contract. Big strong body, good under the high ball, fast and a good finisher with the plus side of being a pretty no handy goal kicker and having a monstrous boot on him for dropouts and penalty touch finders, would be silly not to offer him something. Bright future! Players on the same side as ramien to, would be lethal combination imo
 
Those 3 were certainly amongst the best, nice to see others carrying the team besides Ponga, Pearce and Griffin who all played well, was a good team effort

Isaako is a good young player but he is a five eight/fullback. He won't come here to play on the wing or play 2nd fiddle to Ponga/Watson . I'd say he'd be happy to wait a year for Boyd to retire, that bloke's time is up, he can hardly move anymore and not long before uncle Wayne taps him on the shoulder.

Will he tapping him on the shoulder as a signal to brace himself or to urge him to consider retirement ?
 
I rate sio I really do, but every winger in the nrl would have scored the 3 tries he scored last night. Wasn’t like he did something miraculous and insane the likes of nene McDonald often does to score impossible tries. Sio is safe and never has a poor performance, but if we are to push for a premiership (unlikely) in 2019 our wingers need to be powerhouses who start off our sets strongly and help us out of trouble. The way feki and Holmes did for Cronulla when they won the comp, same as vunivalu. We’ve got one in skd, probably one of the stronger ball runners in the comp for a back, always making huge yards. But don’t think Ross or sio is the answer. But 100% keep sio as back up
 
Sio is reaping the rewards of Ponga and Fitz being magnets for defenders.
Any winger would love having the room he is getting as all the defenders crowd in on Ponga and Fitz.

Exactly. If Bellamy hadn't of had the means to get the most talented spine ever how well would he be going?

Bennett will never tap Boyd on the shoulder like he does to other players, and if he did it’d raise all the suspicion like when’s Gasnier retired from the dragons. Boyd retiring tommorow would be the best thing for the broncos and even broncos fans are sick of him but that’s just the way Bennett’s poor roster management is these days.
He will probably say thw broncos ‘are in good shape or something’ haha
