At some stage Gamble went off, Votano went to 5/8, Winter went to fullback and Davis went to centre.
The middles were all changed, but Hola got injured and Hopwood went back out after a short break

Stats for the game are very odd.

First time I've seen 2 players get 0 fantasy points, and they were our starting halves - Hunter and Gamble. They got no try or line break assists and a total of 14 missed tackles between them.

Connor Votano got 52 fantasy points for his 2 try assists and 2 line break assists, and Toby Winter, Kyle McCarthy and James Schiller got 1 try assist each.

Starting props Crouch and Hopwood both did big minutes, big metres, big tackles, big fantasy points.

Francis topped the fantasy points with 58 ahead of Votano on 53, mcCarthy and Hopwood and Schiller
 
just curious - who does cup have two teams with the bye each week? Wouldn’t that make sense to play those two and have just a normal bye round or two?

They try really hard to line up games with the firstgrade draw, and because the 4 qld teams are not in the comp, it isn't easy without having a lot of byes.
