Games like that just solidify that Hendo is just not good in any sense of the word and don’t see him as a worthy backup and I’d be surprised if he ever plays first grade especially here, Hunter is pretty far off first grade as well, he is way to inconsistent in his form game by game but he is young so has time to work on these things. More reason why we need Smith badly until Butler is ready in at minimum two years time possible a bit more.
I honestly don’t see Graham and Woodford ever playing first grade they add nothing for props, Ben I like but seems to gas extremely fast, I know Graham didn’t play btw it’s just thought I’d lump him in with Woodford because I’ve never been impressed with him.
Hagan wasn’t his usual self but still played alright in my opinion, Votano had a 50/50 game, a few good moments in attack and a few poor moments.
Hola played pretty well for his first game back I believe, outside backs didn’t really do anything outside of hitups but hard to blame them when our forwards were getting dominated and our halves seemingly not knowing what one is.
Whitby is a good player and did well when he came on, he is someone that is worth developing.
The commentator showing a little bias talking about how the Bears had to do it short but doesn’t mention we had no Crouch, ESL, Manu, Winter, Jones and lost Aoake in the 23rd ish minute. If first grade was at full strength all those players listed would be playing cup, we had a lot more out than the Bears
Anyway that’s just my opinion on things though I don’t watch as much cup as I’d like since I only watch around 12 to 15 cup games a year
