Personally, Anasta is my pick for next game.

Yep, that would be a better idea, cause Bird doesn't deserve to be dropped just after one poor game.

Or they are good. Two ways of looking at it. It's not normally a smart thing to make too many changes in between series games (ie. going into game 3).
I agree though, Bird should play lock or atleast somewhere in the backrow.

My opinion on this before origin 1 was Anasta at 5/8 and because of combo's Pearce at halfback BUT Mullo is going great guns atm so he would deserve it too.

Bird isn't a five eighth in my opinion but he doesn't deserve to be dropped from the squad

Does anyone think Laffranchi should be dropped. It was saying in the Brisbane mail. Also was fitzy, along with heaps of players?

I've said it before and I'll say it again. They shouldn't make too many changes. The team didn't play well on the night, and execution was off. If they were to make too many changes, it would disrupt combinations etc.
I wouldn't mind seeing Anasta come in and moving Bird to lock though.

IMO if Qld play like they did in the 2nd origin it doesn't matter who we pick they'll beat us
