Roche got more involved in the second half. Looked out of sync a bit but Griffiths said that they’d only been training with Moran in the halves before this week so not unexpected.

Well I think the girls came with a better attitude, way more willing to pay the price to secure a win, but still very sloppy and undisciplined at times.
We clearly can’t contend without Hannah, she really tightened up the middle and her ball playing and footy nous adds an extra dimension.
Really good signs from Georgia Roche, terrific defender and some classy touches. Just need to get her more involved. Jesse and Tamika really monopolise the ball but they’ve got 5 years to get the balance right.

Kayla Romaniuk - ran 145 metres - made 31 tackles and still running hard in support at the end of the game to score the last try after a Jesse Southwell line break.
You don't notice her much, but she's a brick wall in defence and has added a big motor and a running game this year.
Only her and Clydesdale (26) made more than 20 tackles.
