lol yes 100%, this is one of my biggest gripes.

Effort is great but if the effort doesn’t lead to anything what’s the point.

Yes you want effort players but that can’t be all they have
 
If Lilly just backed herself a bit more she could become a really good nrlw player. Needs to grab a game by the balls and dominate rather then waiting for the game to come to her.
