NRL Round 6 - Tigers Vs Knights - 4:05pm Sunday, 12th April - Campbelltown Sports Stadium

Nathan Brown would fire De Courcey into the sun after naming him out of position and still Flegg aged.
I hope Holbrook finds a way to get him back to confidence.
I'd be tempted to give him 30 minutes in the reserve grade game about to start soon - on the right this time.

Full credit to the Tigers, they play with so much energy and are always expecting the ball. Forwards dominated ours and we couldn’t get any possession or momentum.

As harsh as it is to say, I think this game is a lot closer if Best is there instead of De Courcey. He was just a clear mismatch for them, and Best being there is just as important for Marzhew. Still, Tigers would have won anyway.

Hunt had a red hot crack, he just has too many errors and bad moments in games. Despite that I thought he was in our top handful of players today and over the last few wks. But Sharpe should go back to fullback, with Smith and Brown in the halves. As long as his knee is good enough for the workload.

Interesting to see how Holbrook handles it .

He’s proven he’s a decent defender, and can do a job in FG. Him or Hunt,
I am in favor of playing a centre in centre.

Hunt looks like he is being groomed to play fullback. I say play him fullback or let him play fullback in Reggie's and give another young player a shot.

Its going to be a very interesting team list next week. I have absolutely no idea what Holbrook is going to do on a number of positions.

I don’t know who said that Marz would get blamed for most of WDC’s mistakes but here’s the standard level of Facebook outrage you will see week in, week out, win or lose. 😆

I do think this Tigers team is real btw, their forwards are awesome. Kai is basically a luxury player for them, I think Samuela Fainu is actually better and needs to be talked about as one of the best edges in the game. We went after him to try and get him stuck at marker as is standard NRL tactics these days and every time the player who ran at him regretted it afterwards.

Pole is awesome, again May gets more attention but it looks like everything Fonua Pole does, he does with venom.

It’s a promising sign we’re on the right track because not one of those forwards was recruited to their club on silly money in their prime… mix of internally developed guys and gambles on youth/upside. Samuela got $500K for them to lure him to the club and while he was very good for a rookie he’s improved massively.

Hopefully bodes well for us betting on youth like Hopwood, ESL, Jermaine, Trey etc… just need to be patient.

Frustrating and annoying loss.... If Bradman was playing you can easily take away 4 of the tigers trys.

WDC killed us in that first half, feel sorry for the kid but wow he was bad
