NRL Round 21 - Raiders Vs Knights - 2:00pm Sunday 27th July - GIO Stadium, Canberra

Per the stats from the Knights website

Tyson Gamble:
Tackles made: 27
Missed tackles: 6
Ineffective tackles: 2
Tackle efficiency: 77.14%

He also wasn’t involved with any try assists, tries, line breaks, line break assists or tackle breaks.

that many missed tackles ties him for first for most missed in the team for the game alongside Fletcher Hunt.

It does also state he was never pinged for any penalty, six again etc.

He also ran for a good 92 metres

Just in case you wanted them, I had free time so might as well put it down.

Gamble received more fantasy points than Cogger so he must have done some good things out on the field. I really think he is still regaining some match fitness after his 3 injuries this season which has severley restricted his playing time. Can't count how many times other players from all clubs are given a compassionate "but we must remember he's returning from injury so......."

Fair enough. I don't agree, but he definitely had a bit of a shocker on the weekend. Although I do think he helped quite a bit with the attacking shape, which looked great in the first half. A lot of rust there after barely playing for the last two years ... but if you look back at 2023 I'd say he was quite integral to our great run at the end of the season.
He looked good two years ago. He hasn’t looked great this year Hastings has been good the last few games so why change it? Doe she offer much more?

I’m not saying Hastings is the answer but also I don’t think changing it was the right play! If you look at balance from the bench who has more versatility Hastings or gamble?

I guess I’m being more critical of the coaching decision then the player
