NRL Round 2 - Sea Eagles Vs Knights - 4:05pm Sunday, 15th March - 4 Pines Park, Brookvale

The injuries are a worry. My crystal (foot)ball says 3 weeks out for both KP and DB

But what a terrific effort by our boys. Again everyone locked in, great discipline to close the game out, no poor performances, AOB ball seems like a bad dream now. Great resilience. Very happy with that effort.

Silver lining is we are a good enough team across the park that we don't collapse anymore. Man I am excited for us this year, I was worried before round 1 but not anymore 😁

Agree, I like that we don't buckle and fall apart....the concern is where do the points come from.

And let’s not forget the ‘the knights were there to be beaten’ comment. Why do they find it so hard to be positive about us?
What you are understandably failing to note is that Michael Ennis is an AI bot with a very clearly promoted script of what he is to say and what he is not to say.

Why does our spine always get injured. And it wasn’t even against the Storm who have managed to work out how to do a hip drop without it being a hip drop.
And McEwan is hard work to watch.
Loved the attacking attitude today and more so when they kept it, but tempered it, when we lost half our salary cap.

It’s pretty incredible to think we might actually have genuine depth - something that didn’t look likely at the start of the year.

Harrison Graham did a fantastic job filling in today, and having Sandon at the club in a situation like this feels like a luxury and Pheen being able to slot in when needed with injuries is incredibly handy even if it's not ideal.

NSW Cup has also been piling on the points in both games. ESL and Hopwood have looked a class above at that level, and Manuleleua tore them apart in Round 1.
