After a very encouraging victory over the Cowboys, the Knights will have 2 weeks to prepare to play the Sea Eagles away. The Sea Eagles play their Round 1 game against the Raiders on Saturday 7th March.

The Knights will be sweating on the results of the scans on Sharpe’s left knee on Wednesday to know whether he will be fit to play. Hopefully Brodie Jones will have recovered from his toe injury.

Bring it on.

Definitely can see us having success on the left edge of the field marking up against Fogarty, Garrick and Saab.
 
Ahhh, the dreaded Manly at brookie game has always been a nightmare for us other then the 32-32 golden point draw where we should have won.

Did any watch the interview on Justin Hoelbrook before the knights vs cowboys game in vegas?
He wanted to move away from too much structure play and look for the 2nd phase offloads etc and to play in front. Hopefully this be a good enteraining season.

Quotes Brown as saying he'd be happy to go back to the role he played at Parra with "Sando" being an organiser and him running more.
Mentions Smith links well with Ponga, who he says injects himself fluently into the play near the line.
On Sharpe, Brown says he can't be stopped and he's running everywhere, and they all have to react to that.

"Knights playmaker Fletcher Sharpe has learnt his fate after being sent for scans for a knee injury suffered in the first half of Sunday's season opener against the Cowboys in Vegas.

Sharpe had made a blinding start to the game but slumped to the ground with no one around him midway through the first half and there were fears he may have suffered an ACL injury.

The playmaker has been diagnosed with a PCL injury and is targeting a Round 3 return. "

Said Sharpe is running already, and was tempted to name him in the squad to give him the chance to play but decided to give it another week.

Kind of poured water on a potential Manuleleua debut. Said it's hard to predict how things will go with the new bench rules, and said he'll get an opportunity at some stage but "not sure it'll be this weekend."
