Taia off with what looks like a collar-bone/shoulder injury (so says the commemtator) so thats bad news.
 
Walsh Feild Goal, 17-16, hope we get home now, we didnt against the rabbits when he kicked an early FG a few weeks back. Knights on the attack again. Forward pass comes to nothing.

Let's hope this doesn't turn out like the Rabbitoh game a few weeks back. :?

FINAL Score 20-17, thats now the second time we have kicked a feild goal and lost in the last few minutes, both times with inexperienced sides, all in all good effort by the boys but i think its goin to be hard to make the semis now.

although, i didnt actually think we'd get that close, so good work to them, but its not enough.
from what i saw of the game, walsh n gids were playing well.

well i suppose this kind of loss had to come some time this season, hopefully not again.
 
:evil: I wasn't watching the game, but seriously, 12 minutes to go and Walsh goes for a field goal? Thats the second time he's done that.

Anywho, we did really have an unexperienced squad, with Mullen, Buderus and Simpson all out. It's now gonna be even tougher for us to make the 8 now.

hmm makes we wonder will smith blood young players like vuna, seu seu etc, or will he put them in PL to improve our chances of winning that, we are in the top 4 suprisingly with all the injuries to first grade players. I think he will play the strongest team in the next few weeks, but if it becomes impossible for us to make it, it will be interestin to see his decision.
 
Walsh made the right decision IMO. MacDougall did not. After the field Goal, Carmont made ahuge break down field. Several tackles later MacDougall tried to be all airy dairy with the ****ing ball and flick it to mc manus, James knocked on. TURNED THE GAME.
