Alex was very young and inexperienced when he first started in this role, but still did pretty well I thought.

Since then he has completed a psycholgy degree and done a few years under POS.

His resume would be very impressive for a guy his age.

Alex certainly has an eye for talent. My only reservation is whether he attributes the right value to that talent. Seems to be something POS excels at so the roster balances out.

Yeah, so those couple of years learning off POS should have taught him something. Otherwise, have some checks and balances in place or someone else run the cap itself.

As mentioned in another thread Anthony Field is the favourite according to the Telegraph. They're talking about it like it's already a done deal and could be announced as soon as tomorrow. Currently a player agent (in PNG right now representing Cooper Bai). His agency represents Fletcher Sharpe, Toby Winter and Chase Butler amongst a few other Knights juniors who've gone elsewhere.

I know nothing about him but I'll take the mystery box over Scott Fulton or the guy who has willingly given AJ Brimson multiple big contracts.

Mentioned elsewhere but he was previously head of recruitment & elite pathways at Parra from 2013-2020.

If you ever see one person doing both those jobs at a club, instead of it being treated as two jobs, this is a sure sign that club is a bit cheap.
