Muscle fatigue is actually a thing. Go back to working full time and eating pies, drinking beer then play footy on the weekend I reckon.

No one would ever get injured unless it was a broken bone. It’s pretty funny how less injuries there are in club footy

Above my pay grade but I'm sure plenty of "studies" have been done. Lots of conspiracy theories out there aswell. Who really knows what the right balance is but I see far too many soft tissue injuries now compared to then.
