Jacob was smaller, faster and more agile than Daniel in under 20s. He played second row and looked far more likely to make the grade. Daniel was a plodding big prop who was easy to run around because he had no lateral movement.
Someone saw enough in them to give them a firstgrade off season, and that was the making of them. They improved out of sight in 1 off season as 19 year olds. You could credit Browny for that, but I think it was more to do with God, who made them 6'6" monsters who just needed a bit of fitness.

Reports Jacob is on his way to Sydney to join the Blues in camp, would think he's only part of the wider squad but who knows as Freddy loves a bolter.

Has been at Dans level for a while now and has better form this year so I can understand it somewhat as Dan was very successful for NSW, still hasn't had his best performances this season though.

It would be very good for Jacob to play origin.
Not sure I'd pick him, but he'll grow as a player from the experience if it happens.

Already got starting props that play big minutes and do Klemmer's job better than him, and he's not the same impact player that they used to pick off the bench either. His rep career is likely over.

Jacob is the literal carbon copy of their best prop from the past 2 series so obviously on the radar, and Knights have a bye anyway. May as well bring him into camp.

On the fair dinkum scale, picking Jacob over Klem is somewhere between "you are kidding" and "that's just ********".

Klemm wont play Origin again under Freddy he already explained why.

Acted like a child last time he come in to cover injury and was VERY negative and Brad said he wont have negative people in camp period.

He was annoyed he only got selected for game three once there was an injury, after he got injured starting game one. Some would say that sort of annoyance at losing his spot is a good thing. No doubt he’d do it differently now but I think the red mark through his name is over the top.

Not at all, if you come into a team you need to be a part of that team not sulk and ignore the coach ans your team mates.

Yeah stats dont tell everything but there was a article the other day that said klemmer would be first one picked going of stats alone.
