That was just an absolute shambles! Why on earth was Mullen on the bench for the first half hour? Kurt was our only kicking option, and it showed, the Warriors just ran straight at him and he choked again and again! By the time Mullen was on we were making so many errors that we didn't get to the 6th tackle very often, but his kicking game was much better.

I thought we'd win if we played sensibly, but we just made so man stupid basic errors, you wonder how some of these players manage to get out of bed and dress themselves in the morning! Late in the game, a full set inside the 20 and we ran it out over the sideline through Carney ON THE FIRST! Unbelievable ...

Simpson was great though, and it was great to see Matthew Gidley have a real good performance with no Johns there, usually he is quiet when there's a few injuries.

Any confidence I had without Joey there in 2006 is over, we need decent tactics with him gone, and players that have a clue about what they are doing, on todays performance we have neither.
 
true good tactics is what is needed see ya later hages hope smithy got some decent plans maybe he can bring tim smith with him to play along side mullen gids to center or even lock if he builds up more or even as impact player of bench i havent seen the game but friend at game said they where just disorganised it attack
 
Absolutely right about our attack. Kurt would have looked better if our players had supported him with the ball, but he just didn't have any options.

Phil Gould said in commentary how all the Knights players expected the ball, today none of them expected it ... one of the few times a players ran straight and hard was when Simpson went over for his try.
 
Yeah i suppose hages wanted to keep mullen off for alot of time to be used as i dont know ' last 20 min freshman'. if his the future we probably should have started him. not taken anything away from todd lowrie!!!
 
I was at the game and kurt had no idea how to handle it he was just trying to be like joey to much.
The ref didnt help either dunno if you could see it on the telly but the warriors ten metres were more like 8 with the ref letting them go being offside. Also i couldnt really tell at the game but the crowd was screaming that the warriors last try was offside?
Joey will be alrite after the gam he was running around with samueal and milton thaidays daughter

Yeah, Lowrie did throw a good pass for the first try (although who's to say Mullen wouldn't have done the same thing).

The replay showed Fien was well onside for that last Warriors try ...
 
I watched the game on prime last night and i thought that Brian Carney is a really great rugby league player but he made a few mistakes. Andrew looks really funny with the beard. I think he needs to shave it off. Also who was the guy sitting next to Joey. They said who it was but i didnt hear his name
 
yeah they said a league or something.. i think joey should shave too he looks like such a satch!!

im very gutted about the loss, my little brother is a warriors supporter and ive been getting an extreme amount of texts from him gloating!!! i absolutely hate that it was the warriors :(
 
as soon as the knights started to lose i had to stop watching i guess i was kinda angry cos we all no they are much better than they played.

the guy sitting next to joey was a newcastle jets soccer player and his name is richard johnson ( i know that cos thats my brothers name and also my other brothers name is jack johnson so there u go)
