Chanel Mata’utia and Alex McKinnon will represent the Blues
and will come up against teammates Korbin Sims and Kurt Mann who will represent the Maroons.

Korbin Sims Born n Bred in Gerringong, could potentially face off against his brother Tariq in SOO in the future.

All through juniors down here Korbin was rated better than both his brothers, although I've got to admit my time playing against Tariq, you wouldnt have thought he'd reach the heights he has already. Beau Henry and Mitch Rein (also played in the Group 7 comp) were much more dominant.

I wonder what Say the players have in what state they want to play for? is it just the hard and fast rules of first senior/schoolboy footy after 16? cause Korbin moved to the broncos with his brothers at about 15...

Gerrigong is in NSW, how is he in the QLD team? Tariq has spent more time in QLD than Korbin and he's playing for NSW? Why? I get he played his junior footy in Brisbane but so did Tariq.

Unfortunately Korbin has been ruled out by injury. Brandon Tago moves off the bench to start at prop, while Kirisome Auva'a moves into 17th man & Travis Peeters comes in as the new 18th man.

Anyone going tonight? I may head there. Club members get in free. Great initiative. I reckon they may get a decent crowd.

I would've loved to have gone, but i wouldn't be able to make the trip down to Sydney by myself on such short notice. Probably should've made plans to go, i'm pretty keen to see the action.

Well NSW won 18-14 with Chanel Mata'utia making 2 errors in the first half with one leading to a try, but made up for it scoring one himself.

Also Kurt Mann almost scored the winning try for QLD but lost it just before the line.
