Finals Bound

IMO we need a good showing against the Dogs to build towards the harder teams.
We were a bit flat against the Phins, but it was still great to get the win.
 
Cowgirls could possibly win all 3 of their games ( Panthers resting players round 27 ) + 6
Rabbits could easily win next 2 ( and have a bye) +6
Knights lose 1 game out of our next 3 +4

Knights 29 points - Souths, Sharks , Saints (33)
Rabbits 28 points - Knights, Bye , Roosters (34)
Cowgirls 28 points - Sharks, Dolphins, Panthers ( 34 )

This scenario also means Sharks only win 1 of their remaining games so they finish below us.

Fancy adding in Sharks and Raiders to that equation please?

Sharks - you assume they lose to the Cowboys, then assume they lose to us given you say we lose 1 of the next 3 (and have implicitly assumed Souths beat us), so that ends them on 32 points if they beat the Raiders.

Raiders - Give them bulldogs, do they beat Brisbane? Or do they lose to the Sharks as above and also come in on 32?

Either way, if the Knights win 2/3, we're in.

Sorry CBM, it was more a hypothetical, not a prediction. If we win our next three, we should finish 4th. I would have thought your lot would be more worried about your team.

Week 3 Storm
GF we beat Panthers in GP 😉 or " 20 sec on the clock, Best, he will play it 21 mtrs away, down the blind Kaylan Ponga, inside for Best , Best will score, Best will score, Newcastle have won the Grand Final !!! Best is over, .......Panthers have been beaten by Newcastle on Full Time"

This scenario seems familiar for some reason. 🤔🤔🤔

It‘s great the we can speculate about winning the premiership rather than posting about sacking the coach and a lot of the players and lamenting that we have not won a premiership for 21 years.
 
It’s Crazy how much we have improved over the year. But it will take a minor miracle to get 4th let alone win the GF! But we can dream. It’s great to see the boys play great footy in both attack and defence.

They way South’s are travelling atm the moment and low forwards stocks I think we beat them this week, even with Clune stepping in. Something actually tells me he’s not only going to do a job but have a great game.

The Sharks will be a tougher game, but winnable at home also.
 
Im just happy we playing well ever game as a team. Thats all i wanted to see this year and if we make the 8 i think we can do some damage to the top teams and knock their chances out hahah.
Then come back next season better for it:)
