See no reason to suffer remorse, we have virtually no alternative if we wish to be competitive. Milf is young enough to give us 3 good years barring a serious injury and if the rest of the squad put in as well including Ponga, Gags, Safs x2 we could be very competitive.
We need to develop a 5/8, Mapapalangi for example, over the next year with the long term of him being Milfs replacement. In fact a development of players to replace the likes of Frizell, Klem and Gags should be on Obi’s agenda or his replacement and if the local or currently signed players are not up to scratch we should be looking elsewhere.
We will of course still need a quality 7.

I don’t have remorse re: Gagai. He’s had a few bad games, particularly after returning from the facial fracture, but has overall been one of our better performers. Was great in the last game he played for us and has been our best on ground on a few other occasions.
