Shift Dom into the centres more like they have been doing in attack solves the problem of Hunt passing or not. Plus it gives Dom someone quick to support him

Think Gags needs a rest at the very least it’s getting pretty bad

We need Gags to be fresh and match fit if we make the finals.
The old guy will lift for the big games.
It wouldn't hurt to give him a week or two off right now to rehab whatever niggling injuries are holding him back at the moment.

Up till a few games ago he was strapped up like a mummy under his jersey.
I'd say that hit he took in the ribs a long time ago had left him with rib cartilage damage - which takes forever to heal and hurts like hell.

Yeah I was speaking to gags today in town. He said his rib and foot have been giving him grief. Says he wants to play but I brought up the last few weeks and looking off the pace. He agreed. I did say he needs a rest to recover for finals but he seemed like he thought he was fit enough. Old gags just doesn't know when to lay down.

Definitely give Gags a rest and Hunt a chance. Gags continually runs Dom into the sideline, needs to give him some early ball

Have to give props to Gags. Only a month ago people on here were calling for him to retire. Then all week it was Souths are the dark horses and Trell's going to dominate and lead them deep into the finals.

Gags' game on Friday was one of the best finals performances I've seen from an outside back, especially considering the opposition he was up against. His leadership and physicality set the tone and imo that's what won us the game. Here's hoping we get to see him go around three more times in our colours.

I’d add that we are going to miss his tip on passes to put Young away and how much he helps Young in defence
