Thursday, March 16, 2006 - Newcastle Knights
The Newcastle Knights will display a brand new look this weekend when they chase their second win of the season in the nation’s capital.
The Novocastrians take on the Canberra Raiders at Canberra Stadium on Sunday at 3.00pm, where they’ll reveal their 2006 alternate playing strip.
Launched last November, the new Knights away jersey is the reverse of the current home colours featuring a red base with blue stripes complete with matching shorts, kicking off the travelling season with a fresh new look.
The alternate playing strip is also available for fans to purchase from the Knights Kingdom Supporter Store and all major sporting outlets.
