England has replaced one New Zealander with another in the men's Test cricket coach role, with Stephen Fleming set to succeed Brendon McCullum, while Joe Root is returning as captain.

It's an interesting one, isn't it? Fleming was such a different captain to McCullum, and you'd think that will flow through to the coaching.
